These days I am preparing documentation to teach a course Digital Marketing for Destinations in ZimbabweAnd seeking bibliography and resources to share with my students, I have given a document of the IAB (Internet Advertising Bureau) UK I think it might be helpful for any company wishing to monitor an online marketing strategy effectively.
The document explains how a framework (a framework) that takes into account a range of indicators or KPI (Key Performance Indicators) that seem to me of great clarity and very useful functions.
