2 courses of Electronic Commerce in the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona

In late March the new courses start Digital Marketing and E-Commerce organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona.

This year we have planned 2 courses in 2 different locations: the headquarters of the camera Barcelona (Diagonal, 452 Barcelona) and one in the seat in said chamber Sant Feliu de Llobregat (Laureà Miró, 350 Sant Feliu de Llobregat).

Both courses are the same: consist of 3 sessions of 5 hours. The first one dedicated to Electronic commerce (What it is, what it does, what tools we can use to create an electronic commerce, which must take into account special legal level, logistics, etc.).

The second and third sessions are devoted to Digital Marketing:

  • Techniques to attract visitors: SEO, SEM, eMail Marketing, Online PR i all the tools of Web 2.0 and social networks explained)
  • Techniques to convert visitors into customers and customer loyalty: Usability, Persuasion, transmission of trust, creating communities, the various techniques of loyalty and Web Analytics (essential for the control of all treated during the course techniques) explained.

All are made in the computer rooms of the headquarters of the camera, so every student has a computer to perform the exercises and to go to practice all that is being presented in class, hence the maximum number of participants in each course is 15 people.

Sant Feliu the course starts on March 29 and ends on April 11th (3 sessions of 5 hours)

The course starts in Barcelona on May 26 and ends June 9 (also, 3 sessions of 5 hours)

Specialization Course in Digital Marketing for SMEs

Just opened registration for the Specialization Course in Digital Marketing for SMEs It imparted from March 2 at the Chamber of Commerce of Sabadell.

The course consists of classroom and 80 hours on Fridays are held in the morning. The sessions are 5 hours a day.

También incluye sesiones específicas de comercio electrónico en las que analizarán las plataformas que nos ofrece el mercado y los factores clave de éxito del comercio electrónico.

Electronic Commerce Course in Igualada

Zara Mango vs revolution in e-commerce

The online set shop Zara has been one of the main news of the útiltimos 30 days and is causing a revolution among companies, who see the big chains are also monopolizing the online market clothes young fashion .

Esta es la imagen que aparece junto a estas líneas. Si deseas ver tu mismo la página y comparar por ejemplo: número de páginas vistas por visita en los 3 portales, ratio de rebote de los 3 portales, y otras muchas comparativas que ofrece Alexa, es mejor que visites la página de Zara en Alexa y utilices la función “comparativa” que aparece bajo el gráfico.

Event: Course on Electronic Commerce and Digital Marketing in Granollers

Cámara de Comercio de BarcelonaThe next 27 May, 3 June and 10 June, I have the pleasure of giving a new edition of Course on Electronic Commerce and Digital Marketing offering Barcelona's Chamber of Commerce Granollers companies and demarcation.

The course objective is to provide companies with the necessary training and the necessary tools to enable them to carry out successfully their e-commerce initiatives in the network.

To do this, we have divided the class into 3 sessions of 5 hours each, in which students will have a computer each and which may be practicing everything that is learned in the course.

Research and managers of references 2.0

One of my short-term goals (meaning "short" as 3 years time, approx.) Is to conduct an Internet-related doctorate. To do this, just in teaching at the UAB, give lectures, run a business and be a mother of 3 children, were not enough, now I'm studying a Masters in Information Society and have chosen the branch of the master engaged in research to Ph.D. start next year.

A raíz de los trabajos que tengo que realizar para el máster, me he visto obligada a utilizar un gestor de referencias bibliográficas. Para quien no sepa qué es esto, un gestor de referencias es un programa que de forma automática almacena la información que hace referencia a artículos, libros, posts, etc. y facilita su posterior inserción en citas cuando estamos escribiendo un texto. También crea de forma automática la bibliografía y estandariza su formato.

After trying some of them, I opted for Zotero (www.zotero.org).

This program is online, integrates with Firefox to automatically record the references we obtained online (not integrated into Explorer), and integrated into Word, go quoting, automatically all the references we have introduced in our base data, and to create the literature referenced document we work.

Zotero also has a social network based on sharing literature related to specific topics.

As for now I will focus on investigating the advantages of online incorporation of traditional trade, as well as the key success factors of these businesses when they decide to have a presence on the webI created a group dedicated to sharing literature refers to this field of research.

Evento: 28 de enero, Barcamp – eCommerce. Jornada sobre Comercio Electrónico

El próximo 28 de enero tengo el placer de participar en la Jornada dedicada al Electronic commerce que organiza Barcelona Activa.

Estas jornadas llevan por título BarCamp – eCommerce y siguen el formato de taller temático.

Course on Electronic Commerce in the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona

Cámara de Comercio de BarcelonaThe next 7, 14 and 21 October I am pleased to impart Electronic Commerce course in the Barcelona's Chamber of Commerce.

The course objective is to get the students know all the theory that affects the creation and promotion of electronic commerce, and is capable of executing the Plan Online Action that will have been created over the three days of class. Thus, in addition to acquiring knowledge on Electronic Commerce, the student will have a plan of action online for your business, if you already have, or a Plan of Action that will guide you when you need to create one .

This course is divided into two types of sessions: a theoretical session of 5 hours and two practice sessions of 5 hours each.

The first session will discuss the characteristics of a good e-commerce, the basic structure of such web pages, different e-commerce platforms that exist in the market, payment systems and different legal aspects to be taken into account when creating an e-commerce. We will also learn how to perform a benchmark of competition and which parameters should look to create it.
