December 11th, 12th Euroecom Conference, don't miss it!

On December 11th, starting at 8:45 am, the races will begin in Barcelona Euroecom Conference.

This edition, the twelfth, ACC10 has prepared a day focused on Increasing Competitiveness through Digital Tools, and I have the pleasure of being a speaker at one of the talks.

The following topics will be discussed during the sessions:

• How to know who are the "digitally skilled» in our company and why they are important.
• How to take advantage of the "Social Media» at the business level.
• As measure profitability in Digital Marketing actions.
• What is the legal framework of most of the actions we develop in our Digital Marketing strategies.
• What are the new trends in the evolution of the Internet.

My talk will be on the “legal framework”. A surprise, right? 🙂

This is the first time I have dared to give a presentation on this topic. It is not that I do not master it, but I am not as "well versed" in it as I am in the subject of what marketing actions to carry out at any given time, how to measure results or how to improve customer conversion. The legal framework for all digital marketing actions is something that must be known... so this time, my proposal will go in that direction.

Luckily, I will be sharing the stage with a legal expert and we will do the presentation together. I will present ideas about digital marketing actions that we could do and the expert will say whether I can do them or not, or what I have to take into account if I want to do them. It will be a bit like the good guy and the bad guy (I'm the good guy, of course 😉 ). Some of the questions will be related to email marketing, others to Web 2.0 and others to the request for data through a corporate website. I'm sure it will be an educational way to explain these topics, which if addressed directly and without a bit of a "show" are a bit hard to assimilate.

Well, I think that these will be interesting days.
