«How to get 100 business contacts» Presentation at El Corte Inglés in Sabadell

Contents of this article

Today I gave a talk entitled “How to get 100 business contacts through your website – 9 techniques to attract visitors to a website and 6 techniques to convert them into business contacts”.

The event was held at El Corte Inglés in Sabadell and was interesting for several reasons:Montse Peñarroya - The English Court

  • I rarely have the opportunity to do this type of event (open and free) in my own city. I have spoken many times in Sabadell, but always in the context of courses or classes that are not open to the general public.
  • As the event was open to everyone, there were quite a few familiar faces in the audience who were not from my work environment… which makes speaking in front of them from a platform, to say the least, a curious experience.
  • The presentation was held in the auditorium of the Corte Inglés in Sabadell… in principle, an environment not very conducive to discussing crises and how to get the most out of a company's Digital Marketing budget.Montse Peñarroya at El Corte Inglés

Overall everything went well, although I think I tried to explain too much in too little time (1h 15' + questions and requests), especially considering that a significant part of the audience were newbies in Digital Marketing. I hope that at least they were left wanting to learn more about the subject.

  1. Thanks Eduard, yes, next time I will do only one part.
By the way, if you are interested in learning more about this topic, I will be teaching the same topics, but spread over 8 hours of class, at the Sabadell Chamber of Commerce, on November 17 and 19.
With 8 hours at least the information is not so compressed.
    Thank you very much again.
    A hug

  2. Hello,

I had the opportunity to attend this interesting presentation. For me it was a success, as I learned a lot about the subject.

Although I share the opinion that the topics were too compressed for the short time of the presentation.

Perhaps the course should have been split into two parts, one for attracting visitors and another for converting the visit into business contact.

    Congratulations
