The course of “Content Marketing for Hotels” in Salou.
This course is divided into 5 sessions in which we will cover the following points:
Session 1: What is Content Marketing and why is it necessary for hotels? This is a theoretical session in which we will analyze various strategies, we will focus on the different types of content that we can generate from our establishments and on setting objectives for our communication.
Session 2: Storytelling – The power of storytelling in tourism marketingIn this session we will see what is the storytelling, how it serves to give personality to our company and our services, and we will carry out a practical workshop on creating “who we are” and “what we do” using this technique.
Session 3: Communicating to sell – Good practices to guide our communication towards sales. Persuasion and trust-building techniques through the content of our website and social networks.
Session 4: Content creation and gamification – What is the gamification, how it applies to tourism. Practical workshop of gamification applied to the contents of Tourism.
Session 5: From product/service to experience – Practical workshop on creating tourist experiences, which we will then learn to communicate with storytelling techniques and with the ultimate goal of selling the experience.
