Registration has just opened for the Specialization Course in Digital Marketing for SMEs which will be taught from March 2 at the Sabadell Chamber of Commerce.
The course is face-to-face and consists of 80 hours of classes that are taught on Friday mornings. Sessions last 5 hours per day.
The program is very well done (somehow it had to be obvious that I participated in its development 😉 ). Jokes aside, the program is specially designed to be practical and useful for both the student who receives it and the company that sends it.
It includes theoretical sessions on the different techniques to attract visitors to a website, on the techniques to convert visitors into clients and on the techniques to retain them. Special emphasis is placed on the use of Web 2.0 tools, but it does not neglect SEO, SEM, e-mail marketing and includes a section on video marketing. It also includes specific sessions on e-commerce in which the platforms offered by the market and the key success factors of e-commerce will be analysed.
New to this type of course are two practical sessions in which a corporate website will be built using the WordPress content manager. A practical benchmarking session will also be included, in which how to analyse a company's online competition will be explained and the online Action Plan for each company will be worked on.
The ultimate goal is for students to gain in-depth knowledge of all the possibilities that the Internet offers their company and, if they wish, to finish the course with a fully functional website, a well-done analysis of the competition and a specific action plan for their company.

You ask me about training days in Girona.
I do have a few planned for the next few months, but I don't have dates yet. A couple of them will be in Girona and possibly another in Figueres. I also think I have some in La Garrotxa.
It is best to follow the blog because as dates are confirmed I will publish posts.

I am Jordi from Can Bonet rural tourism and I have been following you (RSS) since the Girona courses in 2010.
The course is very interesting, I would really love to attend, but my suggestion is to organize one in Girona in the afternoon or on Saturday morning.
At Can Bonet we have already applied video marketing from the little we learned from Lasse, I don't know what he would say about these videos...
