On September 23 and 30 I have the pleasure of participating in the training sessions organized by the Ripollès Development Consortium within the framework of Terra de Comtes i Abats Tourist Dynamization Plan (what a beautiful name!).

The sessions are divided into two 4-hour sessions that will cover the following topics:Saint John of the Abbots

Session 1 – September 23: The 9 techniques to attract traffic to a website.

In this session we will discuss the techniques used to attract visitors to a tourism company's website. The main one of these techniques is SEO, but there are also SEM, presence on social networks and presence on intermediation portals, among others.

Session 2 – September 30: How to convert visitors into clients.

This session will focus on techniques that will help us convert visitors to a tourist website into clients. Some of the techniques that will be discussed are Usability, persuasive communication, trust building and Web Analytics, among others.
