On Wednesday I had the pleasure of giving a presentation on Video Marketing applied to Cultural Industries organized by the SDE (Servei de Desenvolupament Empresarial) of the ICIC (Catalan Institute of Cultural Industries), in the auditorium of the Colet Museum.
In the two and a half hours that the event lasted, we saw what Video Marketing is, what it is used for, how we can apply it to promote cultural works (whatever type they are), and also how we can apply it to promote our companies. We also saw the factors to take into account when creating a video and making it known on the Internet, as well as the key success factors of the strategy itself.
The truth is that I had to prepare this talk very well, because there were a good number of companies from the audiovisual sector among the attendees… so there were real specialists in the creation of videos and their subsequent distribution in the audience. It was quite a challenge to be up to the task! (… I hope I was)
