Digital Marketing at the Music Fair on Carrer de Vila-seca

Contents of this article

This coming Friday, May 7, 2010, I have the pleasure of giving the lecture “The 10 most common mistakes in Internet communication in the Music sector” within the framework of the 11th Fira e la Musica al Carrer de Vila-seca.

This competition has been held since 2000 and aims to discover new musical talents for their subsequent professional inclusion in festival programming, concerts, and other music-related events. Therefore, it is especially important for these groups to know how to approach their online communication and, specifically, what mistakes to avoid. This is why these events include sessions like mine, focused on Digital Marketing training for these groups.

Among the fair's attendees are also show programmers (both private and public) looking for new groups to perform in their auditoriums, theaters, and festivals. The fair's programming, which connects these groups (new groups on the one hand, and programmers on the other), is truly interesting. You can find it here: http://www.firacarrer.cat

It will be a pleasure, but also an honor, to lend a hand in improving communication among groups just starting out in their professional careers. To this end, I'm preparing slides with good and bad practices used on the attendees' websites (and other forms of online communication). I'll post the presentation in this same post once the conference is over.

To find out the exact location and time of the conference:

Conference «The 10 errors»

See you there.

A hug

POSTNOTE:
The conference has already taken place. Everything went well.

These are the slides I used to illustrate my presentation. I hope you find them useful:
