What is Gamification?
The Gamification ("Gamification" in Spanish) is a technique that consists of applying typical elements of video games in non-playful environments, such as in the management of a hotel, in the promotion of a tourist destination or in customer loyalty in a tourist activities company.

How to apply the gamification These are precisely the areas that will be discussed at the session on 11 December, organised by the Patronat de Turisme de la Costa Brava i Pirineus de Girona, which will take place in Girona.
The session is 5 hours long in which we will see what is and what is not the gamification, how we can apply it to increase the productivity of our employees, how we can apply it to improve the quality of our services and how we can apply it to user loyalty. All specially designed for companies in the tourism sector.

I think this is one of the most original ideas I have heard lately, especially in the world of tourism companies. Great post.
It's amazing that video games are also reaching the hotel business. I think that's great.
It is a good opportunity to attract clients, which is always taken into account at a time when the sector is not moving.
When will there be a conference in Madrid? Gamification seems like a fantastic initiative to me.
