On October 25th I have the pleasure of participating in the VIII Conference on Innovation in the Tourism Business organized by Costa Brava Tourism.

The event is a one-day event and is divided into several themes that revolve around innovation in tourism. On the one hand, we will have the pleasure of listening to Jimmy Pons which will explain to us how to create experiences that allow us to be more competitive, on the other hand, Mercedes Sanchez Tripadvisor will explain how to react to customer reviews. For my part, I will focus on Communication and explain how to generate more content and how to make it known through different channels, always with the ultimate goal of getting more reservations for our establishments.

The event will also include a conference on tourism innovation and another on distribution channels.

I'm looking at the website and I've seen that you're also giving a workshop on Web 3.0 on December 13th, but I can't find the address. I'd also like to know if you're giving it in Catalan or Spanish?
