This coming Tuesday, February 15 at 5:30 p.m. in the Auditorium of the UAB Rectorate, the conference entitled “The role of public media in the context of communication in the 21st century” by Mónica Terribas, the General Director of Televisió de Catalunya TV3.
Apart from the mere fact of being able to attend a talk by Mónica Terribas (for her personality, her CV and her raw way of presenting reality) the delivery of this conference takes place just when it seems that the business model of public television is changing and with it also its objectives and its role in the communication of the society of which they are a means of communication. It promises to be a very interesting conference.
Specific questions can be asked to Monica through the page PMasters Facebook , the questions will be collected today and asked to Monica during the event.
Exceptionally, this conference is open to both students of PMasters (the organizers), as well as the rest of the university community and the general public. This is why I thought I should write this post and make this opportunity known to those who wish to come to the UAB tomorrow afternoon. It is not always possible to attend the events that are prepared for students… so don't miss it!
