
My new book is now available! 📚✨
I am very pleased to announce the launch of my new book “Successful strategies for cultural companies”, co-written with Francesc Miralles and published by 3ISIC publishing house.
Contents of the book
In this book, we offer a comprehensive guide for cultural organisations to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment. Based on my PhD thesis, the book showcases the insights gained from in-depth interviews with 11 cultural companies and 125 additional surveys. We address crucial topics such as digitalisation, sustainability and the importance of partnerships for innovation and resilience.
During the book launch, I had the opportunity to share some of the key findings and recommendations, including practical strategies to address current challenges and take advantage of new opportunities arising from emerging technologies.
