Presentation of the Specialization course in Digital Marketing

Contents of this article

Next Friday, January 22, we will present the 6th edition of the Specialization Course in Digital Marketing organized by the Sabadell Chamber of Commerce and which I have the pleasure of coordinating academically.

The course starts on February 25 and lasts 80 hours (16 sessions of 5 hours each) and will be taught mostly on Thursday mornings.

This year the course consists of 7 main areas:

  1. Benchmarking: how to know your online position compared to your competitors.
  2. How to attract visitors to a website: SEO, SEM, emailmarketing, Videomarketing, Mobilemarketing.
  3. How to convert visitors into clients: usability, web analytics, etc.
  4. E-commerce: how to create it, what tools to use, legislation, logistics, etc.
  5. Customer loyalty through social networks: Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.
  6. The website: We will create a corporate website using WordPress, in 4 sessions.
  7. Creating an action plan: We will create the action plan for each company in class.

The modules can be contracted separately, so if you are interested in a specific one, there is no problem in only attending one... although the novelty this year is that the Digital Marketing Specialist degree is double and is offered by the Chamber and validated by the University of Vic. If you do not complete any of the modules, you lose the possibility of obtaining the degree.

If you want more information about the course, please download the PDF with the promotional brochure and attend the presentation next Friday 22nd: PDF Specialization Course in Digital Marketing

After the presentation we will offer a free session on “How to use WhatsApp at a business level”. In this session you will learn the 4 ways to use this tool (customer service, groups, distribution lists and events), the functionalities you need to know to manage it at a business level, and 12 etiquette tips for messaging. Are you going to miss it?

Here is a video with comments from students who have taken the course in other editions.

See you!
