I'm pleased to share with you an interview I conducted with Acelera PYME, where I discuss how new technologies are transforming the tourism sector. In this conversation, we explore the impact of artificial intelligence, automation, and other digital innovations on the way we travel and manage tourism destinations.
Accelerate SMEs It is an initiative of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, managed by Red.es, which aims to promote the digitalization of small and medium-sized businesses in Spain. Through its Acelera Pyme Offices, they offer personalized advice, training, and resources to facilitate the adoption of digital technologies in various sectors, including tourism.
In the interview, we discussed how digital tools can improve the traveler experience, optimize resource management, and promote more sustainable and personalized tourism. We also reflected on the challenges and opportunities that digital transformation presents for tourism businesses.
