Article in Harvard-Deusto magazine: Marketing & Sales

Contents of this article

This summer I had the honor of collaborating on the July issue of the magazine Marketing & Sales of Harvard-Deusto.

This magazine dedicated to Marketing is one of the most internationally recognized and is the home of such professionals as Philip Kotler, Don Peppers, Martha Rogers and Luis María Huete [… now I do too 🙂 ]. It is one of the media used when conducting academic research related to Marketing or Sales and one of the most cited sources both professionally and academically.

So I am very happy to have participated together with Gloria Abati in writing the article entitled “The Journey to the Heart of Social Media: Objectives, 2.0 Tools and Success Factors"I hope that readers have enjoyed the article, so that we can publish in this medium again in the future."

As the title suggests, this article explains how companies can create their profiles on the main social networks, what tools they have available to manage their professional brand, what objectives they should set and what are the key factors for success.

The magazine Marketing & Sales It is published bi-monthly and can only be accessed by subscription, so if you wish to read the article in question you can subscribe to the magazine by clicking here: Marketing & Sales

Or you can download it by clicking here: Journey to the Heart of Social Media.

May everything go well.
