We finally have a date for the class Building a Website Using WordPress, for students of my master's degrees Autonomous University of Barcelona.
In Spanish, the class will be held on July 2nd. In the morning, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
In English, this class will be held on the 12thth of july. Morning, at 9h30' until 13h30'
The class is not yet confirmed, and it depends largely on the number of students who sign up. Remember that this class is not part of any master's degree and is completely voluntary and free. I only teach it so that all those who want to learn how to make a website can do so.
In class we will do the following:
During the first 2 hours, we will install WordPress on the server you have contracted. To make the website professionally you need a domain name (about 15 euros) and a hosting (web hosting, which can cost about 60 euros).
If you buy it here: www.cdmon.com and you hire the Unihost Junior service, it already has WordPress pre-installed and you save yourself from attending the first half of the class.
The next 2 hours will be spent learning how to use WordPress and transform it into a corporate website. We won't be able to finish the website, but at least you'll have the structure developed.
If you don't want to hire anything but want to learn how WordPress works, you can use the free WordPress, without hosting and without a domain. www.wordpress.com …but this is not suitable for a corporate website. In this case, it is not necessary to attend the first 2 hours of class.

For your information, I take this opportunity to inform you that on the afternoon of July 17, 18, 19 and 20, I will be giving some classes at the Barcelona Global Business School with the aim of starting and finishing the corporate website of any company (also e-commerce) using WordPress. This class is open to everyone, students and companies. With 4 sessions we will end up with the website finished and working with all the content created as well. These sessions are not free (350 euros for the 4 days), but if anyone wants to come, they will give you a 20% discount if you indicate that you are a student of mine at the UAB.
