Tomorrow Thursday I have the pleasure of sharing a presentation with Alejandro Luque from Kerygma within the framework of the business conferences that he has been giving The English Court of Sabadell throughout this year 2009.
This Thursday session is the last of them and will be dedicated to the Online reputation management for brands and companies on the InternetIn fact, this is one of the most interesting sessions of the entire cycle, since the world of communication has become so complicated due to the emergence of the Internet in our lives (both professional and personal), that there are countless variables that affect the reputation of a brand and that must be controlled if we want to efficiently manage our reputation.
Another of the complications of this new era is being able to discover what tools we have at our disposal (the entire Web 2.0) and what the ROI of corporate communication actions carried out on the Internet is. In this session we will talk about these 3 topics: the variables that affect the reputation of a brand, the tools we have at our disposal and how to control the ROI of our actions.
Alejandro will be in charge of explaining the more theoretical part of this subject and I will explain the more practical part.
Like the rest of the conferences in this series, it will be held at the Sala Cultural del Corte Inglés in Sabadell at 7 p.m.
After the conference, there will be a question and answer session, followed by a small snack for networking among attendees.
Admission is free, but as capacity is limited, it is recommended to confirm attendance by calling 93.728.48.00 (extension 3240) or by writing to pymesabadell@elcorteingles.es
