Yesterday the second of the days dedicated to the Rural Tourism and Web 2.0.
As in the previous day, the first presentation was given by Jose Antonio Donaire that introduced us to the Tourism 2.0, followed by a practical case, which on this occasion was given by Turisme de la Seu, who explained to us how its online reservation centre works. After this presentation, Joan Giró, PIMESTIC advisor, explained to us the PIMESTIC plan.
My presentation began early in the afternoon, in which I introduced the Web 2.0 tools that can be applied to the promotion of Rural Tourism, as well as the key success factors of a 2.0 communication strategy.

Once my talk was over, Joan López, from Frame Works creative studio, showed us how to go from 0.0, to 1.0, to 1.5 and then to 2.0 (explained orally it is much less complicated).
As in the case of Tortosa, I think that these have been good days and that the participants will feel that they have made good use of the day. I hope we repeat them in more destinations in Rural Tourism.

It was a very interesting day to present the opportunities that Web 2.0 offers to current and future tourism ("futurism"), as well as a good point of reference on the path to optimise and make profitable the resources available on the Internet and institutions for this purpose.
