October 4 and 5, Digital Marketing Course for Cultural Companies in Barcelona

A new edition of the event will begin on October 4th and 5th. Digital Marketing Course for Cultural Companies organized by SDE – ICIC.

As in previous editions, this course is aimed at communication and marketing managers of companies related to the world of culture (publishing houses, art galleries, musicians, artist representatives, theatres, etc.).

The topics we will cover are the following:

  1. What should the website of a company dedicated to culture be like (sections it should contain, how to orient it towards the client and not the product, what should the content manager behind the website be like, what types of managers are available to us, etc.).
  2. How to attract visitors to the websites of different types of cultural industry (SEO, SEM, Advertising, Public Relations, Web 2.0, etc.).
  3. How to convert visits into business contacts (usability, persuasion, etc.).
  4. How to convert visitors into customers (in the case of an e-commerce business).
  5. How to build customer loyalty and develop it (loyalty programs and lock-ins).
  6. Web analytics aimed at monitoring cultural marketing actions.

We will teach the classes Victor of Francis (the second day) and myself (the first day).

The course is taught in the ESCI classrooms and it is recommended that students bring their own laptop (with charger [each session is 5 hours]) and everything necessary to connect to the ESCI WiFi.
