Due to the high demand for this course (the course of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Course which was scheduled to start on May 26 is already full and there is a waiting list), a new edition has been scheduled to start on June 13.
These courses are 15 hours long (from 9:00 to 14:00 three days). This new course that we have scheduled will be held at the headquarters of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce (Avda. Diagonal, 452, Barcelona) on June 13, June 20, and June 27. ATTENTION, NEW DATES: June 20, June 27 and July 4.
The agenda of the sessions is divided as follows:
The first of them is dedicated to the E-Commerce:
- E-commerce: what it is, what it is used for, what tools we can use to create an e-commerce (open source ones on the market, proprietary code ones), what particularities we must take into account at a legal level, logistics, etc. In this session we will also learn how to perform a competitor analysis and how to determine what our Digital Marketing strategy will be to attack new markets and increase our customer base.
The second and third sessions are dedicated to Digital Marketing:
- Techniques to attract visitors: SEO, SEM, advertising on third-party websites, video marketing, e-mail marketing, online public relations and all Web 2.0 tools (as well as social networks) are explained.
- Techniques to convert visitors into clients and for customer loyalty: Usability, Persuasion, trust transmission, community creation, various loyalty techniques and Web Analytics (fundamental for controlling all the techniques covered during the course) are explained.
Classes are held in the computer rooms at the Chamber's headquarters, so each student has a computer to do the exercises and to practice everything that is explained in class, hence The maximum number of participants in each of the courses is 15 people..

Regarding the price, I think it is 335 euros, but it is better to speak with the Chamber of Commerce, you will find their details in the PDF in the link I have published at the end of the post.

Is the 13th a holiday? Not on my calendar… I’ll check to see if it’s not a holiday in Barcelona (I’m from Sabadell). Thanks for letting me know.
The course is taught in Catalan. But I'm seeing that a lot of people ask me about it... normally they are in Catalan, but if there are 2 or 3 people who don't understand it, then I do it in Spanish, even though the slides are in Catalan. Talk to the Chamber about this as well, and see what they say.
