This week has published an interesting study by Banesto, on the use of social networks by Spanish companies.
- Interesting: the reasons that lead people to become a fan of a brand (slide 9).
- Interesting: the reasons why people follow a brand on Twitter (the most interesting is the fact that seeking an offer in contreto for users of Twitter) (slide 10).
- Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and a corporate blog are the 4 most used Web 2.0 tools by enterprises.
