On November 23rd I have the pleasure of giving a lecture on Mobile Marketing in it Hotel Grums from Barcelona (next to the Paral·lel metro).
This day will begin at 10am with the presentation of the Master in Digital Marketing of the BIMBS (Barcelona International Management Business School), which will begin its first edition at the end of the month and of which I am the technical coordinator, and immediately afterwards Helena Casas and myself, will give the lecture "Mobile Marketing – Promote your business through mobile devices» where we will explain the latest developments in marketing through mobile devices. The day will end at 1:30 p.m.
In the session of Mobile Marketing We will cover the following topics:
- We will see how mobile marketing has evolved in recent years.
- Why we are interested as a company.
- How the mobile web works.
- How can we adapt our website to mobile devices?
- How advertising works.
- How marketing works with two-dimensional codes (QR and Datamatrix).
- How augmented reality works.
- How to integrate Mobile Marketing into our online Marketing strategy.
- How to measure results.
As you may already know, mobile marketing is advancing much faster than expected. All the reports and studies carried out in 2011 predicted that by 2013 we would reach 50% of internet connections made through mobile devices. The truth is that in Spain this figure was reached last week. So it is really important to understand how we should manage the presence of our company on the internet that is accessed through one of these devices.

Hi Montse, I am a student from UAB Eurasian master program. I received this alert about the event on 16th and right away I replied to the department of informatics saying I want to. Join and if possible one more entry for my husband because he runs an IT company in Barcelona. We are really looking for this event, however, I didn't get any reply and now I check the website it displayed as the conference is full.
