The influence of age on the implementation of e-commerce

In the analysis of the factors that influence the implementation and development of electronic commerce between companies, we find that there is empirical evidence that there is a relationship between the personal characteristics of company managers and the successful adoption of this type of tools.

This is precisely what I am currently looking at as part of my PhD. To do this, I am examining the most relevant articles in this area of research and doing my own fieldwork. I am focusing on all characteristics, but especially on age, since there are numerous researchers who have identified a correlation between the age of managers and e-commerce.

This is where I need your help!

If I want to write a quality article, with good research, with contrasted data and validating or refuting previous research and my hypotheses, I need my own empirical data.

To do this, I have prepared an online survey aimed at executives of Catalan companies that practice some form of e-commerce. Understanding e-commerce in its broadest definition of the term: any transaction initiated on the Internet. In other words, almost any company today.

Both versions have a Facebook application that allows you to add the survey to your profile (that's what I'll do this afternoon).

Creating the survey is not difficult, but there are many types of questions, so it is necessary to first spend some time looking at all the possibilities of the tool. It is also good to see the examples that they themselves propose. They have versions in several languages.
