At the end of March the new courses begin Digital Marketing and E-Commerce organized by the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce.
This year 2 courses have been planned in 2 different locations: at the Chamber's headquarters in Barcelona (Diagonal, 452 in Barcelona) and another at the headquarters of said chamber in Sant Feliu de Llobregat (Laureà Miró, 350 Sant Feliu de Llobregat).
Both courses are the same: they consist of 3 sessions of 5 hours each. The first one is dedicated to E-commerce (what it is, what it is used for, what tools we can use to create an e-commerce, what particularities we must take into account at a legal level, logistics, etc.).
The second and third sessions are dedicated to Digital Marketing:
- Techniques to attract visitors: SEO, SEM, eMail Marketing, Online Public Relations and all Web 2.0 tools as well as social networks are explained)
- Techniques to convert visitors into clients and for customer loyalty: Usability, Persuasion, trust transmission, community creation, various loyalty techniques and Web Analytics (fundamental for controlling all the techniques covered during the course) are explained.
They are all carried out in the computer rooms at the Chamber's headquarters, so each student has a computer to do the exercises and to practice everything that is explained in class, hence The maximum number of participants in each of the courses is 15 people..
The Sant Feliu course starts on March 29 and ends on April 11 (3 sessions of 5 hours)
The Barcelona course starts on May 26 and ends on June 9 (also, 3 sessions of 5 hours)

Sandra, this course is anyone's pass, this one is due to end at the Cambra de Sabadell and the Cambra de Terrassa, what happens is that both of them are starting.
