Contents of this article

Barcelona Chamber of CommerceThe next ones October 7, 14 and 21 I have the pleasure of giving a e-commerce course in the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce.

The objective of the course is to ensure that the student knows all the theory that affects the creation and promotion of an e-commerce, and that he is able to execute the Online Action Plan that we will have created over the three days of class. In this way, in addition to acquiring knowledge about E-Commerce, the student will have an Online Action Plan for his business, if he already has one, or an Action Plan that will serve as a guide when he has to create one.

This course is divided into two types of sessions: a 5-hour theoretical session and two practical sessions of 5 hours each.

In the first session we will analyze the characteristics of a good e-commerce, the basic structure of this type of website, the different e-commerce platforms that exist on the market, payment systems, and different legal aspects that must be taken into account when creating an e-commerce. We will also learn how to perform a competition benchmark and what parameters we should analyze to create it.

In the other two sessions we will see the four basic processes of Digital Marketing and all the techniques to carry them out successfully. Among these techniques is the search engine positioning (SEO), search engine advertising (SEM), Advertising on third party portals, email marketing, etc… In total, 21 techniques that will help us achieve good results when promoting e-commerce and achieving customer conversions.

To see the full program and eventually register for the course, you can go to the Chamber of Commerce website http://www.cambrabcn.org/web/cambra and browse the agenda (search for October 7). (Note: I cannot include the direct link because it depends on the user session).

  1. Hi Grabriel, yes, there is help if the contract is made by a company from the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce. The best thing is to contact the training department of the Chamber of Commerce (tel. 934 169 370) as they will know better what help you could receive.

    A hug.
