I just read that Google is testing Adsense for mobile apps, designed to be read from iPhonesy from mobile phones that use Android.
Until now, it was only possible to sign up for Adwords for searches made on Google from mobile devices, but not for Adsense (Google ads on web pages that belong to the Google content network). It seems that this is going to change.
In the video below we can see one of the developers of software for advanced mobile telephony, talking about how wonderful it will be to be able to insert ads into their applications.
The truth is that I feel a bit divided on this matter. On the one hand, I am glad to know that mobile software and content developers will have a good way to monetize their applications, which I hope will result in them offering content for free to the user community.
