It has been long and hard… like childbirth!

It all started almost a year ago. During this year Alex de Anta and I have been writing this guide… more than 80 pages talking about effective techniques to make an e-commerce work and a large number of good practices and examples.

The Guide was commissioned by the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce and ACC10, and has therefore been read and reviewed by these two institutions. It has also been reviewed by copyeditors and layout designers. Each change has required comments and “negotiations”… which is why it has taken us almost a year to be able to finalise it. It has been hard, really. Thank goodness it is now ready.

This day we will discuss electronic commerce that refers to companies: B2B (commercial transactions between companies) and B2C (commercial transactions between companies and end consumers).

The objective of the day is to contact experts in the field of electronic commerce management and business, so that the experts explain the advantages, repercussions and advantages of the implementation of ICT and the business people can resolve their doubts. This day should allow businesses to gain first-class knowledge of the benefits that ICT can provide in this area of business management.
